These guidelines apply to the 2025 round of the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program for the duration of any project awarded funding through this round.
These guidelines set out:
- the objective of the NCP Mobility Program and this grant opportunity
- eligibility requirements and assessment criteria
- how grant applications are assessed and selected
- how grantees are notified and receive grants
- how grants are monitored and evaluated, and
- responsibilities and expectations in relation to the opportunity.
