Project Description

APAM is the only industry event that provides international and national presenters, agents and influencers with access to works by Australian artists across genres and cultural backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander arts.

Attendees can see a wide range of tour-ready Australian and New Zealand contemporary performing arts LIVE, and participate in a global exchange of ideas.

APAM showcases and promotes a thriving, diverse national sector and stimulates the ongoing dialogue, collaboration and exchange between local artists and producers and their international counterparts.

APAM is presented by the Australia Council of the Arts and Brisbane Powerhouse in partnership with Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland, and Tourism and Events Queensland.
