Completion Report: MITRA Youth: Weekly Iron Folic Acid Supplementation for Prevention and Reduction of Anaemia among School-going Adolescent Girls in Selected Districts of Two Provinces – East Java & East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

Summary of publication

This report, based on comprehensive and rigorous baseline (2018) and endline (2020) surveys, outlines the achievements of the program in the provision and promotion of weekly doses of Iron Folic Acid to reduce anaemia in adolescent girls in East Nusa Tenggara. It covers capacity building at district government level and the importance of behaviour change strategies as well as COVID-19 adaptations.
