Section A
This Section sets out Indonesia's commitments on categories of Natural Persons and its respective conditions and limitations for the entry and temporary stay, including length of stay, in accordance with Article 12.4 (Grant of Temporary Entry) of Chapter 12 (Movement of Natural Persons).

(A) Intra-Corporate Transferees |

Director: One or a group of natural persons entrusted by the shareholders of an enterprise with the final overall control and direction of the enterprise, and legally responsible to act on behalf of the enterprise. Manager: Senior employee of an enterprise who primarily directs the management of the organisation, receiving general supervision or direction principally from the board of directors of the business, including directing the enterprise or a department or sub-division thereof, supervising or controlling the work of other supervisory, professional or managerial employees. Technical Expert/Advisor: Natural persons employed by an enterprise who possesses a standard of high or common (i) qualifications referring to a type of work or trade requiring specific technical knowledge or (ii) knowledge essential or propriety to the service, research equipment, techniques or management. |
Stays are permitted for up to two years and could be extended for a maximum two times subject to two years extension each time. Must be working in a sector listed in Section B and satisfy the additional conditions and limitations set out therein. Any foreign natural persons supplying services are subject to charges levied by the Government. Employers of foreign natural persons must have a Foreign Worker Utilisation Plan (RPTKA) approved by the Ministry of Manpower. Economic needs test applies to managers and technical experts for all sectors unless specified otherwise. Human resources or personnel functions must be performed by an Indonesian. |

Entry and temporary stay is permitted for a period of one year, which may be extended for a period of not more than one year for each extension. Subject to charges levied by the Government. A law firm in Indonesia that has concluded a bona fide contract with an independent professional for legal services must have a Foreign Worker Utilisation Plan (RPTKA) approved by the Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The share of foreign lawyers (advocates) in an Indonesian law firm must not exceed 20 per cent, and shall be limited to five foreign lawyers (advocates) per firm. |
(D) Spouses And Dependants |

Entry and temporary stay is for the same period as for the intra-corporate transferee, but without an automatic right to work in Indonesia. |
Section B
This Section sets out Indonesia's sectoral commitments in relation to the entry and temporary stay of Australian Intra-Corporate Transferees in the territory of Indonesia.
For the purposes of this Section, "None" means no additional conditions and limitations other than those listed in Section A. A "none, except" in the sectoral section must be read as a combination of conditions set out in Section A and the conditions of the specific sector.
References to "CPC" in this Schedule refers to the provisional CPC codes as used in the Provisional Central Product Classification (Statistical Papers Series M No.77, Department of International Economic and Social Affairs, Statistical Office of the United Nations, New York, 1991).
References to "KBLI" in this Schedule refers to the Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia).
