The PNG Partnership Fund is an initiative of the Australian Government to address human and economic development challenges in Papua New Guinea. The Fund will support projects of $3 million to $10 million per annum over three years to improve the health of women, children and vulnerable groups, or improve learning at the elementary schooling level.
DFAT is seeking high-performing organisations or consortia to expand the coverage of evidence-based development interventions in Papua New Guinea. Organisations will operate in PNG on service delivery projects aligned with PNG's national development priorities, delivering results on a significant scale.
Eligibility
The following categories of organisation are eligible to apply. Applications from consortia are strongly encouraged, to support a collaborative approach.
- Local and international non-government organisations including foundations
- Faith-based organisations
- Private sector partners located in PNG
- Provincial, District, and Local-Level Government institutions
- Civil society groups
