DFAT will soon go to market for a contractor to carry out MEL tasks and provide technical advice to support the delivery of effective humanitarian assistance (up to $2m over four years).
The contractor will provide a range of services relating to:
- Discrete strategic and technical MEL tasks;
- Expert MEL advice;
- MEL quality reporting analysis and support;
- Ongoing MEL coordination and reporting.
DFAT anticipates that the approach to market will be conducted through a one-step procurement process open only to contractors that do not have existing or anticipated responsibilities for implementation of DFAT humanitarian investments.
The proposed procurement will be listed on the AusTender website when released to the market in late October/early November 2024. Mobilisation of the investment should commence in February 2025.
