This document is AusAID's Strategic Partnership Agreement with the Asia Foundation for 2012–2014.

The Agreement enables increased knowledge sharing and collaboration between the two organisations to improve responses to the unique challenges of programming in the Asia-Pacific region.

This Agreement documents the Partnership's objectives, benefits, operating approach, funding arrangements and duration.
