Summary of publication
The Australia-Fiji Civil Society Engagement Strategy outlines how the Australian Government, through its aid program, will work with civil society to support development in Fiji. Australia is the largest donor for civil society in Fiji and currently supports CSOs in several ways. Funding support is delivered through bilateral, regional and global initiatives. The Strategy sets the direction for aid investments across the Fiji Aid Investment Plan to foster strategic, results based and innovative relationships with CSOs and is based on the Istanbul Principles for CSO Development Effectiveness.
