This document is minutes from the peer review assessing the design of the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD). These minutes note that the peer review supported the basic premise of the program–supporting the sub-national governments of Indonesia to deliver basic services–and agreed that the program move to implementation as soon as possible.
