The Australia-World Bank Partnership Framework was signed on 2 October 2011. The Partnership Framework represents a statement of intent, guiding collaboration between Australia and the World Bank Group.

The Partnership Framework identifies the strong and growing relationship between Australia and the World Bank group built on a common commitment to support international development and poverty alleviation.

The purpose of the Partnership Framework is to provide a structure for developing and undertaking collaborative activities to achieve the shared poverty alleviation and development objectives between Australia and the World Bank Group.
