Summary of publication
This report summarises the performance of Australia's aid program to Bangladesh over the period of July 2016 to June 2017.
In 2016-17, Australia's aid program provided $57.7 million in official development assistance to Bangladesh through strategic partnerships with the Government of Bangladesh, World Food Programme, UK Department for International Development and BRAC NGO. This report finds that Australia's aid program in 2016-17 made good progress against our two key objectives: improving education access, equity, efficiency and learning outcomes; and building resilience by reducing vulnerability and improving inclusion in the growing economy.
