Summary of publication
This report outlines the findings of the third and final independent review of the Government of Australia funded Australia Timor-Leste Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program Phase 2, known locally as Bee, Saneamentu no Ijiene iha Komunidade (BESIK II). The review was conducted in late March/early April 2016 by the program's Monitoring and Review Group (MRG).
