Summary of publication

The Cambodia Criminal Justice Assistance Project Phase III (CCJAP III) mobilised its implementation team in February 2007. A brief summary of project scope (key data) is provided at Annex A. This document provides:

• A review of the Strategic Framework Document (SFD) which was originally produced in July 2006.1 The SFD's continued relevance is assessed and clarification is provided on some key strategic planning and management issues
• The First Annual Plan, which will guide project implementation and resource allocation between July 2007 and June 2008.

This document is provided for the information, review and subsequent approval of the project's National Management Board (NMB) and AusAID.
