Vanuatu Women's Centre Phase 6 (July 2012 to June 2016): Consolidated Quality at Entry Report

Summary of publication

The Quality at Entry Report rated the Phase 6 design 'very high quality' (6) on relevance and gender equality, 'good quality' (5) on analysis and learning, and monitoring and evaluation, and 'adequate quality' (4-4.5) on effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.

It recommended additional analysis and information on: VWC's experience working with partner organisations, UN Men as Partners work in the Pacific, and planned work with perpetrators of violence. It recommended that the design show the costs of each program component and expected beneficiaries, and show remuneration for program managers, counsellors and other program staff. During the life of the program, it recommended an increased focus on longer-term strategic planning, and continuing to build partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
