Summary of publication

A design document of the Coalitions for Change Program, a major activity under the Australian Government-The Asia Foundation Partnership in the Philippines. This program design document has been informed by a wide range of consultations with civil society and government representatives. It is intended that this program will complement other Australian aid programs in the Philippines. Initially the program will focus on basic education, disaster risk reduction, climate change, conflict, local public service delivery, and public financial management. The Coalitions for Change program will be implemented by The Asia Foundation as a major activity under the Australian Government - The Asia Foundation Partnership in the Philippines.
