Summary of publication

This is a design summary and implementation document for the Water and Sanitation Initiative, which includes extending support to the World Bank managed Water Supply and Sanitation for Low Income Communities (PAMSIMAS) Project. The PAMSIMAS component of the Initiative aims to increase the number of low-income rural and peri-urban populations accessing improved water and sanitation facilities and practising improved hygiene practices.
