Summary of publication

This document is a funding agreement between the Government of Australia Government of Vietnam in relation to Restructuring for a more Competitive Vietnam Project (RCV).

The agreement sets out the respective responsibilities and contributions of the Government of Australia and the Government of Vietnam (the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) for the RCV project. This includes implementation arrangements, funding from both parties, management arrangements and risk management.
