Summary of publication
This document is the first annual progress report for the jointly funded Health Sector Strategic Plan Support Project. The report largely focuses on the project's implementation and provides an analysis of goals and a summary of progress against key performance indicators since June 2008. The report also outlines project coordination and reporting arrangements and provides details, issues and recommendations for the project's four components.
