Summary of publication

Australia works with the Mekong River Commission (MRCC) to support the Mekong Integrated Water Resources Management Project ($14.3 million: 2009-2015). The project supports implementation of the MRC's procedures and guidelines for better Mekong water utilisation, with a view to apply international water resource management principles and approaches in the region. The Mid-Term Review of the MRC Strategic Plan 2011-2015 was finalised in February 2014.
