This document presents the strategic setting, goals, program description and implementation plan for J-PAL SEA Phase II investment (2018-2021).

This phase will expand the program beyond social protection to focus more broadly on policy questions related to inclusive growth, human capital, employment, domestic resource mobilisation, and inclusion through effective governance.
