It focuses on key issues of governance, including leadership and capacity, corruption, lawlessness and instability, and the role and effectiveness of aid within the broader development financing context.
It concludes with a discussion on the emerging agenda for collaborative development in the region and a more substantial hands-on role for Australia, including for the aid program.
