Summary of publication

An independent review of the Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access (PHAMA) program was carried out between the end of January and mid-April 2013.

The over-arching recommendation of the review is that both components of the program (C1-3 and C4) should be continued into Phase 2. Specific recommendations to strengthen program management and implementation are also provided.
