This Operational Plan was endorsed by RedR Australia's board and it sets our clear goals, objectives, and indicators of progress for the organisation in the second year of the AusAID-RedR Partnership Agreement. The goals include specific targets such as 'to achieve deployment activity of not less than 200 field months for F/Y to 30 June 2011.'
