Summary of publication
This report sets out the findings of the independent review of Australia's aid funding to the Samoa Law and Justice Sector between 2008 and 2014. The review focused on the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and sustainability of Australian Government funding to the sector. The report highlights key achievements, challenges and lessons learnt throughout the program. The report also recommends ways Australia could provide small-scale targeted support to the law and justice sector in the future and approaches to further improve the efficiency of the sector.
