Description

Between September and December 2009, a multi-disciplinary review team assessed BCPR's strategy,

organisation, processes and performance across multiple critical dimensions: leadership, structure, processes, people, infrastructure, and competencies.

The analysis that followed the assessment informed the development of a set of specific and actionable recommendations, and an implementation roadmap for BCPR.
