This Subsidiary Arrangement expresses the understandings between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia relating to the Australia Indonesia Partnership for HIV 2008-15. It describes the governance and implementation architecture for the program including management arrangements, financial and other contributions and monitoring and reporting requirements.
