Summary of publication

This design document describes the context and implementation arrangements for the Education Sector Support Project, co-funded by the World Bank and Australia. The document outlines the rationale and framework for the project and sets out goals, objectives and key indicators of the four components. The design also provides reporting, monitoring, and co-financing arrangements, including partnerships arrangements and a risk management strategy.
