Summary of publication
The Interim Review Report captures the internal review of the Roads for Development Program carried out mid-way through the program period in 2015.
The Interim Review identified a range of challenges to the program's success, especially in terms of partner engagement and sustainability of some program outcomes. In response, the Interim Review made several recommendations to enable R4D to achieve its end-of-program outcomes.
DFAT approved implementation of the Interim Review recommendations in late 2015 and the Program is now tracking well towards achieving its end-of-program outcomes.
