Summary of publication

This report summarises the progress and performance of Australia's aid program to Vietnam over the period of July 2014 to June 2015, the final year of the Australia-Vietnam Joint Aid Program Strategy 2010-2015.

Australia implements its aid program in Vietnam in close cooperation with the Government of Vietnam, multilateral and bilateral donors, and non-government organisations. During 2014 15, Australian official development assistance to Vietnam was $160.8 million. Progress in the four key sectors of economic integration, rural water supply and sanitation, human resource development and climate change adaptation and mitigation was on track and had in some areas exceeded targets.
