Summary of publication

The independent evaluation of the Food and Water Initiative was carried out between August and November 2012 to provide an independent assessment of the performance of the three NGO (Save the Children, Caritas and Plan) projects and the extent to which the objectives of the Funding Window had been achieved (against standard evaluation criteria, including relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, M&E and gender equality). The evaluation also verified information contained in the NGO Project Completion Reports.
