Australia's High Commissioner in Port of Spain has non-resident accreditation to Antigua and Barbuda.

Antigua and Barbuda does not have official representation in Australia.

Australia and Antigua and Barbuda are both members of the Commonwealth, International Maritime Organisation (IMO), World Trade Organisation (WTO), and United Nations (UN).

Antigua and Barbuda is also a member of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), the Organization of American States (OAS), the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States, and the  Small Island Developing States (SIDS) grouping.
