The Cyber Cooperation Program is partnering with the Foundation for Media Alternatives to advance human rights and democratic principles in the digital space in the Philippines.

Founded in 1987, the Foundation for Media Alternatives (FMA) works with citizens and in particular marginalised communities in the Philippines to utilise strategic and appropriate use of information and communications technologies (ICTs) for democratisation and empowerment.
