Corporate information and resources
Australia is committed to high standards of transparency in reporting on the international development program.
Transparency promotes effective decision-making, public accountability and lasting change. We contribute to the open discussion of successes and failures among global partners as a critical step in achieving better outcomes and progressing the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
The Performance and Development Framework (PADF) helps drive key reforms and improves the transparency and accountability of our development program.
This framework deepens our accountability to Australians and our partners through improved transparency and more timely and comprehensive public access to information on our programs and investments.
Broader and more detailed reporting on annual performance is included in the Performance of Australian Development Cooperation Report (PADC).

Our data is clear and accessible
Australia’s development program information is made available through the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) – the only open standard for aid and development finance data.
The raw data is available on the DFAT website and includes the total amount Australia provides to partner countries, the costs and aims of our investments, and how much we expect to contribute in future.
