Ms Rachel Moseley

Ms Moseley is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Assistant Secretary, Latin America and Eastern Europe Branch.

She has previously served overseas in Mexico, Papua New Guinea, and Australia's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva.

Ms Moseley holds a Master of International Relations from University of New South Wales and Bachelor of European Studies from the Australian National University. She speaks Spanish, Italian and Tok Pisin.
