Summary of publication

In 2014-15 Australia's total official development assistance budget to Fiji was $62.8 million, including $32.9 million in bilateral aid and $27.9 million delivered through regional and global programs.

Australia's aid program to Fiji recorded strong achievements in 2014-15 across the three major priory areas of health, education and enhancing community resilience and economic opportunity. Australia also provided support to Fiji's newly elected government and assistance to strengthen the Fijian public service.

This report provides an assessment of the Department's delivery of bilateral development assistance to Fiji.
