Summary of publication
The direction of the Australian aid program in Vanuatu is driven by the Australia–Vanuatu Partnership for Development, which was signed in May 2009 and is scheduled for an update in 2013. Australia works with a range of partners to achieve the partnership's objectives, including the Government of Vanuatu, the private sector (in both Vanuatu and internationally), civil society organisations (including churches and chiefs, local and international non-government organisations), and increasing numbers of Australian volunteers.
