Summary of publication

This document reports the findings of the second of three missions by an impact assessment team (IAT) assigned to Phase 2 of the Indonesia Infrastructure Initiative (IndII). The IAT mission was conducted in Jakarta over the period 18 August – 5 September, 2014 by three independent consultants.
