Summary of publication

The independent Mid-term review of the Government Partnership Fund Phase Two found many indications that the GPF is successful, including in terms of the broad objectives stated in its design document; the partnership outcomes; and each partnership's targeted reform outcomes. This assessment draws heavily on information gathered from partner and stakeholder interviews with qualified support from partnership documentation.
