Independent mid-term review of the Fisheries for Food Security Program

This report presents findings of a mid-term review of the Fisheries for Food Security Program, conducted in late 2013.

The purpose of the Independent mid-term review of the Fisheries for Food Security program was:

to assess the Program's progress to date and to recommend changes to strengthen performance in the second half of the Program
to identify options and make recommendations on future directions of support to SPC FAME.
