Agriculture Sector Linkages Program Phase II: Mid-term Review June 2013

Summary of publication

This document is the mid-term review of Phase II of the Agriculture Sector Linkages Program (ASLP II). This program is delivered by ACIAR and is designed to improve livelihood systems for the rural poor in Pakistan, and to build linkages between the agricultural sectors of Australia and Pakistan through enhancing value chains that benefit the rural poor through improved productivity, market and employment opportunities, supporting analysis that improves economic and natural resource management; and building the capacity of government, private and civil sectors to service the needs of stakeholders across the program. The report contains a review of the ASLP II as a whole and a technical review for each project. The review makes 14 recommendations for the future management of the program.
