Papua New Guinea-Australia Law and Justice Partnership (PALJP): Law and justice infrastructure impact evaluation final report

Summary of publication

This document is the final report of the PNG Australia Law and Justice Partnership Infrastructure Impact Evaluation.

The particular focus of this Law and Justice Sector Infrastructure Impact Evaluation (LJS-LJSIIE) was to provide an understanding of how the investments in infrastructure have impacted access to law and justice services and how this has improved service delivery, especially as it is experienced at the local facility level by staff providers and users. With this understanding and a documented evidence base, future investment decisions in infrastructure and other supporting programs can be made with maximum impact. The primary audience for this IIE, therefore, has been decision-makers in the GoA and GoPNG who are making choices on investments to maximise improvements in law and justice service delivery.
