Summary of publication

This report contains findings of the Philippines Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility midterm evaluation and provides recommendations for consideration in the remaining life of the Facility.

The Philippines Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF) is the Australian Government's flagship program to support human resource management, capacity building, and organisational development in the Philippines. It superseded an earlier AusAID-funded support mechanism which had a similar overall approach, but had no organisational development components. The results of the evaluation report were very positive thus recommendations put forward were primarily targeted at enhancing the current operations of the Facility and exploring other/future priority areas of the Australian aid program in the Philippines which it can support.
