Summary of publication

The technical evaluation assesses the quality of infrastructures projects built or under construction through the Government of Timor-Leste's National Program for Village Development (PNDS) as of mid-2016.

The evaluation found that 80 per cent of projects had been built to plan, 91 per cent were of good or excellent construction quality and 100 per cent of buildings had accessible ramps for persons with disability.
