Summary of publication

This document is an Independent Progress Review of DFAT's support to the education sector in Tonga, delivered through the Tonga Education Sector Support Program – Phase 2. The Independent Review was undertaken from July to September 2015 and provides an independent assessment about the strategic direction and implementation of the Program. It made 4 recommendations.

The management response document sets out DFAT's response to the recommendations put forth in the Independent Progress Report.
