Summary of publication
This design document outlines how this program seeks to use road maintenance funding to encourage provinces in the Philippines to improve their public administration systems associated with road sector planning and management. The goal of this program is increased economic growth and improved access for Filipinos to markets, infrastructure and services in the southern Philippines.
