Summary of publication

This independent review took place at the completion of Phase 1 of the Economic and Public Sector Governance Twinning Schemes. It assessed whether the program had achieved its stated objectives and whether it operated efficiently. It also provided recommendations for administrative, operational and financial efficiency improvements going forward.
