Summary of publication

This design document outlines the rationale, objectives and expected outcomes of the Church Partnership Program. The program aims to improve the effectiveness of service delivery and advocacy by churches in PNG. The three key outcome areas in the design document are:

1. Improved services delivered by PNG churches to local communities.
2. Strengthened institutional capacity of PNG churches for development.
3. Enhanced PNG church involvement in improving public sector governance.
