Summary of publication

This is the Quality at Entry Report for the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation - Rural Economic Development Program (AIPD-Rural). The report assesses the quality of the design against a range of criteria, and notes the design meets the required standard to proceed to implementation. The goal of AIPD-Rural is increased net income for poor rural female and male farmers.
