Summary of Publication

This design document outlines the goals, outcomes and implementation arrangements of the Samoa Health Program (2014-2022). The goals include increased, more appropriate and sustainable resources for district-level primary health care; health system staff are better equipped to effectively develop policy, deliver services and monitor performance; and more women and men, including youth, are accessing sexual and reproductive health services.
