Project Description

CSIRO aims to transfer knowledge and build local capability and confidence in integrated water management and water recycling via managed aquifer recharge (MAR) in Chile and Brazil

Key activities of the project will include collaborative workshops conveyed by CSIRO with project partners including river management agencies (e.g. Juntas de Vigilancia), Latin American universities, public health institutes (e.g., Fundação Oswaldo Cruz, Brazil), and water utilities and professional industry associations (e.g. ALHSUD) with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience in integrated water management and MAR

We seek to build and strengthen international relationships between Australia and Latin America through the promotion of CSIRO's innovation and science to build understanding, trust and influence.
